We provide virtual programming on women’s holistic health, including workshops, retreats, and FREE drop-in office hours.
Foundations of Wellness for Women was a 2-year program of Dr. Suman Tewari at Ann Arbor Holistic Gynecology in collaboration with health coaches Jen Sprague and Liza Baker.

Suman Tewari, MD has been in practice for more than 23 years in the field of obstetrics and gynecology; for the past 3 years, she has focused on holistic gynecology. Her discovery of Functional Medicine transformed her practice into one that addresses not just your body, but your mind, heart, and soul.
Jennifer Sprague is a certified Transformational Coach who specializes in wellness and lifestyle; she helps people overcome obstacles and destructive patterns to attain their health goals and live their Best Lives. She often helps clients who are experiencing burn-out/stress, weight gain, and chronic conditions—and she helps all her clients to find harmony in their lives and align with their purpose. As a certified yoga instructor, she incorporates yoga philosophy in her coaching, focusing not only on creating a strong, flexible, healthy body, but also on building awareness and integrating the body, mind, soul, and energy in her students. Jen recently started working with young adults to build their resilience, resourcefulness, confidence and sense of self-efficacy.
Liza Baker is an Integrative Nutrition® health coach and nonprofit consultant, author, blogger, podcaster, and woefully underpaid COO of a busy family of four spread across the globe. Her favorite clients are the under-appreciated, under-listened to, under-taken-care-of, under-valued, overwhelmed, overworked, over-scheduled, overtired, and OVER. IT. ALL. women 40+ who work in the mission-driven/nonprofit sector and dream of a starring role in their own lives after too many years of playing best supporting actress in everyone else’s. Put more simply: Liza helps you be well while doing good.
